Mm, a bit of both. The habit started with my family, and I fell out of it for a while, but I got back into it in hell once I got access to a decent kitchen.

There's five of us including myself. The preteen, Bonnie, is the youngest of the group. They're still too young to jump in battle seriously with the rest of us so they help out where they can.
