[ In a time before Thots and Sheep kicking a Cowboy's Ass happened.
Siffrin surveys the area a bit more before swinging down from the branch, stabbing their knife into the base of said tree to slow their fall before they dislodge and land right on down without much trouble. ]
I'm actually glad for the space. A lot of the places here feel mostly... indoors? We had a lot more freedom I feel in Heaven.
[SIFFRIN JUST OUT HERE CLIMBING DOWN TREES WITH KNIVES. He can't disagree with that though, really, and just huffs out a little laugh.]
I dislike feeling stuck indoors, so it's a welcomed change to me, as well. Hell's weather was usually hot, but it was much, much more open than an airport.
[ Listen, it's that or try not to break the fall and break their legs. It's a long tree. ]
Mm, I'd probably be melting all the time if it was always hot. My cloak normally has a temperature regulator that seems to not work while in these games.
[ Now you know why out of sheer habit Siffrin wears their default clothes. NORMALLY THERE'S A BUILT-IN TEMPERATUR REGULATOR.. ALWAYS COMFORTABLE NO MATTER THE WEATHER... ]
Back home, it's always worked no matter where I traveled. Craft allows a more.. permanent effect, when used like that. It's taken some adjusting here to get used to the different weather though.
[ It's free real estate and the perfect piece to have as a traveler. ]
It's what we refer to what other people will call magic. It's.. omnipotent in our world. It has its battle uses like defensive, offensive, healing, shielding properties... but it also has everyday life uses, too.
Ah. [A little nod. That makes sense to him... It is much the way magic-adjacent bullshit works in his world. OH FANTASY RPGS.]
I recall you making mention of it back on that very first day here. [TRYING AND FAILING TO USE POWERS.] It's frustrating to be without something that's as commonplace as air itself.

No he's just wandering up to enjoy this place called trees, standing at the base of Siffrin's chosen tree and looking up for now.]
That's a lot of jungle. These places are getting more and more spacious.

Oh? [A BUILT-IN TEMPERATURE REGULATOR that's so useful i'd never leave my cloak if i had it and it just regulated temp on its own.]
Useful, though less so here. Does it put you at a disadvantage when you end up in harsh environments and it doesn't work, though?

What is "craft" in this context.
